These effective small group sessions use a mixture of weighted work and HIIT training. You will be coached and supported with home programmes to follow, including nutritional support to help you get back on track. The sessions are 8 week programmes, each programme will be different. Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers, no other equipment is required.
