Men's Circuits

A circuit based class to develop muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. Combining intervals of boxing, rowing and battle ropes coupled with free weight and body weight resistance exercises to ensure a full body workout. Flexibility and core strength will also be a key part. Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers, no other equipment is required.

No booking is required, just simply turn up.
