Relieve stress, improve flexibility and build muscle. Everyone is welcome, no matter how flexible you are. Men are particularly encouraged to come as they may often feel yoga is out of their reach, or that they need to be a certain level of flexibility, you do not! Come along and try these classes to calm the mind, find balance and work on being stronger. Please wear comfortable clothing, we encourage all participants to bring their own yoga mat. However, if this is not possible we have a number of mats that can be used.
