These outdoor and indoor bootcamp sessions are designed for those looking to get back in shape and create a weekly routine. Sessions are fully equipped and each session will be different and give variety to ensure a fun workout. These sessions will help you increase endurance, strength, energy and confidence. We will also encourage participation in national fitness events like Tough Mudder where you can aim for something specific. Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers, no other equipment is required.
