A gentle, safer way to walk yourself fitter. These 60 minute walks include exercises to help improve flexibility, balance and strength whilst using poles to improve general fitness.
All walks are led by a qualified instructor and all equipment is provided. Please wear footwear suitable for outdoor walking and clothes to match the weather.
This session is ideal for those aged 60+.
