The Wild Combat sessions are a type of aerobic session using a mixture of combat based cardio system and the original Wild Training functional fitness systems to deliver massive improvements in fitness, strength and accelerate fat loss. The sessions are perfect for participants who don’t enjoy the structure and environment of your average gym. Activities: Wild MMA, Wild Boxing, Wild Training (Ropes, kettlebells, Titan bags, running)
Please note, there are only 16 spaces available per session, therefore please ensure you book to avoid disappointment.
Parking is availalbe on site for the session.
